Can you describe the time when you first realized that creating was something you absolutely had to do?
The very first time my dad handed me a pencil and a piece of paper (I was about 2 years old I was told). I never stopped drawing since. I remember in college, I had a notebook filled with drawings. I would sketch my professors while they teach.
What’s the best advice you ever had about how to be more creative?
EXPERIMENT. FAIL. LEARN. REPEAT. And of course, to do each piece with passion.
Are there other coloring book artists or illustrators that inspire you?
TONS! But from from top of my head I’d say Agnes Cecile, Marty Noble, Jade Gedeon, Julie Erin.
